Mansfield-Woodhouse Cemetery - Site of Logg Church built 1734 - first of three churches on this site. The cemetery contains graves of Peggy Warne and 14 Revolutionary Veterans. Margaret “Peggy” Warne was the first physician at Broadway NJ (just west of Washington Twp), who was a sister of General Garret Vliet, of the Revolutionary army. She rode on horseback for miles to attend to local people. The Peggy Warne Chapter, D. A. R., was named ‘in her honor.
